- What time does the tours start and finish?
Most tours start at 10:00 AM and end at 5:00 PM. Please check each tour page to confirm
- How many people can join the tour?
Our minibus holds a maximum of 14 guests.
- Where is the pickup and dropoff points?
Guests will be picked up and dropped off at three places.

- Are there toilet facilities at the stops?
Yes, most of the stops along the tour have toilet facilities available for your convenience.
- Will there be food options available during the tour?
Yes, several of the stops feature food outlets where you can grab a meal, snacks, or refreshments. We also have a pre-arranged Set-Menu at a local Gastro Pub included in the price, which will be one of the stops on our tour.
- Can I bring my own food and drinks?
Yes, however many of the locations we visit provide food for purchase. We also have a pre-arranged Set-Menu at a local Gastro Pub which will be one of the stops on our tour.
- Is the tour suitable for children?
Yes, the tours are family-friendly, however please consider that these tour might not be suitable for very young children. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer child booster seats at this time. If you have any questions, then please call for further info.
- Are Pet's allowed on the tour?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed on the tour.
- What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We do offer flexible cancellation and rescheduling options however we require a minimum of two weeks notice from Tour Date. Any cancellation beyond this point unfortunately cannot be refunded.
- What if my tour get's cancelled?
We reserve the right to cancel tours at anytime. In the rare event that a tour is canceled, patrons will recieve a full refund.
- Is the tour wheelchair accessible?
Unfortunately, our minibus is not fully wheelchair accessible, and many of the stops on our tour provide unsuitable terrain for a wheelchair. However, please call for further information if you have additional questions.
- What should I bring with me?
We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and shoes for walking, sunscreen, a hat, and a camera to capture the views! Wales is well known for it's rain, so please dress accordingly. We do provide free waterproof Poncho's for inclement weather as an added protection.
- Is there a guide on the tour?
Yes, all tours are led by a knowledgeable and friendly guide who will share the fascinating information about the locations and history along the way.
- Can the itinerary be customized?
Our standard tours have a set itinerary, so cannot be customized. However for private parties of 10-12 people, we can discuss custom tour options. Please contact us for more details.
